These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website maisonsoksi.com and the purchase of Maison Soksi products through the online store. 1. Scope

By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to any additional policies linked from the website, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping information, Returns information and any other notices made available during checkout.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors and availability are shown on the product pages. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, production updates or stock movements.

Products are subject to availability. Placing a product in the cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and, where applicable, refund the unavailable item or propose an alternative.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not prevent us from cancelling or refusing an order where permitted by law, including in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, stock errors, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions or other operational issues.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@maisonsoksi.com. Changes are possible only before the order enters the packing or shipping process.

4. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are displayed in the currency available for your market and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and checkout settings. Final prices, shipping charges, taxes and duties are shown before you confirm payment.

For some destinations, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. Where checkout indicates Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), applicable import duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Where checkout indicates Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), the customer is responsible for any local charges requested by the carrier or customs authorities.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment options supported by Shopify or our payment providers. Payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rates, commissions or authorization checks. We are not responsible for charges applied by your payment provider.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from our active fulfillment locations depending on destination and product availability. Delivery times and shipping rates are shown in our Shipping information and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the return policy published on the website and any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country. To request a return, contact us at sales@maisonsoksi.com within the applicable return window and include your order number.

Products must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce a refund where products do not meet the required condition, subject to applicable law.

8. Accounts and newsletter

You may have the option to create a customer account, subscribe to our newsletter or receive marketing communications. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

9. Promotions and gift cards

Promotional codes, discounts, campaigns and gift cards may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, exclusions or minimum order values. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to previous orders.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including trademarks, product names, images, text, graphics, layouts and design elements, belongs to Maison Soksi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code or use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, website downtime, carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence, including rights relating to product conformity, withdrawal, refunds and remedies for defective products. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

14. Governing law and disputes
