Maisonsoksi.com delivers parcels all over the world via MAIL BOXES ETC. All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Maisonsoksi.com will not be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of maisonsoksi.com.

All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in euros. Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices. On all orders, the value of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons. Once orders are sent, their cancellation or a change of delivery address are no longer possible, so please make sure the address is correct when checking out.

Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the parcel, shipping costs (both initial and return) and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

Shipping is free for orders over €200

Most orders received before 1.00pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 1.00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on the following Monday. The exceptions to this are items which are marked as being hand finished to order, in which case please allow an extra 3 days for your order to be dispatched.

CUSTOM DUTIES

Maisonsoksi.com offers DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to all countries worldwide excluding Canada, Ukraine & United Kingdom. This means taxes, custom fees and import fees are all included. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Mail Boxes Etc. is responsible for handling shipments until delivery and for removing any obstacles to their success.
Each shipment can be identified with the tracking number provided by mail at the time of departure and monitored on the site of the courier used.
