The amount of transactions paid by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay will be debited only when the order is processed.

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse, within the timeframe stated on the item’s purchase page. In the event the pre-ordered merchandise fails to be delivered, maisonsoksi.com will promptly inform and refund customers. Maisonsoksi.com will not be held responsible for delays in shipment due to circumstances beyond the control of maisonsoksi.com that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.
For Pre-order purchases, credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay are debited at the moment the order is placed.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Made to Order products can be ordered and will be received within the estimated delivery date specified on the product’s purchase page, no later than 7 (seven) weeks from the confirmation email.
For all orders, including those containing Made to Order items, credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay are debited at the moment the order is placed.
Made to Order products are not eligible for return.
For orders containing one or more Pre-order or Made to Order articles, see the product page for estimated delivery dates. You will be charged when the order is confirmed. In the case of mixed orders containing both Pre-order/Made to Order and immediately available items, the products will be shipped together. The shipment will be made as soon as the Pre-order/Made to Order items are available. We advise placing two different orders to receive available items first.
On shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to enter in the appropriate field on the homepage of the courier used, allowing you to monitor its progress to delivery.
The shipping country provided in the order confirmation for pre-orders cannot be modified.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.
